Memory Policy

Memory means information Spark saves so your profile, Projects, private career foundation, job tools, AI characters, account workspace, or AI answers can work later.

Examples include profile facts, Projects, links, private career context, job preferences, source files, saved drafts, and answers you approved for a public profile.

Memory does not mean the site records everything you say forever. Public visitors cannot see items marked private, and AI output does not become public automatically.

Dictation is a way to enter text. Your browser may process speech into text after you allow microphone access. The text can be submitted only when you choose to submit or sort it.

Public profile memory and approved answers can be stored in Supabase so profile pages and Ask me anything can work from supported devices. Private career-foundation items, knowledge files, job activity, drafts, and application documents are restricted to account features and authorized service processing.

Temporary form text may live only in your browser until you submit it. Submitted text can be processed by the server and AI provider to create a draft.

Private drafts and account records should stay private unless the user explicitly publishes or approves them.

AI can use the information you submit to draft profile fields, Project summaries, tags, resumes, application materials, and possible answers to questions about a person or Project.

Ask me anything should answer from approved profile memory, approved project facts, approved updates, and safe profile fields. If the approved information is not available yet, it should say that instead of guessing from the open web.

AI drafts should be reviewed before saving, sending, or publishing. Available visibility and approval controls determine which saved information may be used in public profile answers.

You can edit or remove supported memory items and private career-foundation material from your account workspace. You may also delete your account or email hello@myfounders.ai to request access, correction, export, or deletion when a self-service control is not available.

Some information may need to be retained for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.

Public profile answers should use approved public profile memory and safe public profile fields as their primary sources. Private career-foundation items, private drafts, and private job activity are not intended to appear in public profile answers.
