Community Guidelines
Last updated: August 4, 2026
These guidelines explain how to participate safely and respectfully across MyFounders AI and Spark. They apply to profiles, Communities, Challenges, Projects, AI characters, messages, media, and creator activity.
Respect people and protect their safety
Do not threaten, harass, bully, stalk, shame, or target people with hateful or degrading content. Content that promotes violence, self-harm, sexual exploitation, human trafficking, or abuse is not allowed.
Never create, request, or share sexual content involving minors. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services; MyFounders AI is not an emergency service.
Be authentic and do not deceive people
Do not impersonate another person or organization, create deceptive identities, run scams, manipulate engagement, send spam, or misrepresent qualifications, results, partnerships, products, or investment opportunities.
AI-generated people and characters must not be presented as a real person's words, actions, or endorsement without permission. Satire and creative work must not be used to mislead or harm people.
Protect privacy and consent
Do not expose private contact details, precise location, financial information, authentication credentials, intimate material, confidential business information, or other sensitive information without permission.
Only upload images, recordings, messages, and information about other people when you have the right and consent needed to share them. Never request passwords, verification codes, or payment credentials through community posts or messages.
Share work you have the right to use
Respect copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, and other intellectual-property rights. Do not publish pirated, stolen, or deceptively attributed work.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it and for making sure your prompts, source material, output, and commercial use comply with applicable rights and laws.
Creator and Community responsibilities
Creators must accurately describe access, schedules, pricing, deliverables, and participation requirements. Moderators must apply rules fairly, protect member privacy, and never retaliate against good-faith safety reports.
Challenges must not encourage dangerous behavior, illegal activity, deceptive financial conduct, harassment, or harmful health practices. Paid offerings must provide the access and content they promise.
Reporting, enforcement, and appeals
Use the in-product report and block tools when content or behavior violates these guidelines. For urgent account, safety, or payment concerns, contact support.
We may limit visibility, remove or preserve content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or notify authorities when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or enforcement. Automated systems and people can make mistakes; you may contact support to request a review.
