- Choose one narrow problem people already mention.
- Offer one simple solution manually.
- Invite a small group instead of trying to reach everyone.
- Watch what people use, ignore, request, and contribute.
- Repeat the part that creates the strongest response.
Measure behavior, not only sign-ups

- Do they add progress updates?
