Turn One Useful Article into Three Useful Posts

Turn one useful guide into three distinct posts without padding the idea or inventing evidence.

One good article can support more than one post. But cutting it into three vague teasers gives readers three interruptions, not three useful pieces. Give each version a job: explain one idea, help someone check their work, or start a focused discussion.
Find the sentence worth carrying forward Take our automation testing guide. One useful lesson is that processing the same submission twice should not create another inquiry, while a genuinely new request must stay visible. That idea is specific enough to adapt. “AI will transform your business” is not.
Make three different pieces Explanation: “A run can succeed and still create the wrong result. If one form submission produces two rows, the job has not passed its test.” Link to the inquiry tracker walkthrough for context. Checklist: “Test the same ID twice, two different IDs from one email, and a saved record followed by a failed notification.” Point to the debugging guide for what to do when a check fails. Discussion: “Where do duplicates enter your process: the source, the import, or a retry? Share a fictional example and the first step you checked.” The workflow map helps readers explain their setup. Each piece should be useful before the reader clicks.
Keep the prompt tied to the source “Create a short explanation, a checklist, and a discussion question from this article. Preserve assumptions and limitations. Do not invent statistics, results, quotes, or customers. Flag claims that need evidence.” Use OpenAI’s prompting guide for instruction design. Compare each draft with the original, using the same evidence-first habit as our weekly update guide.
Check new claims, not just spelling “This may reduce review work” must not become “Save ten hours every week.” If you discuss results, use the measurement framework and real evidence. OpenAI’s evaluation guidance is useful when building repeatable checks for AI drafts. If you repurpose a customer comment, do not strengthen it into an endorsement they never gave. Consult the FTC’s review guidance before using reviews in promotion.
Match the destination Check the platform’s current formatting and link behavior. A standalone checklist may suit one feed; a short explanation may suit another. Keep public publishing behind your approval step. Your deliverable is three genuinely different posts from one source. Remove any sentence whose only purpose is to make the material sound bigger than it is.
